Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the relationship between VlasnaCRM ("Contractor") and the client ("Customer") regarding software development services.

2. Services

The Contractor provides the following services:

• Development of custom CRM and ERP systems
• Integration with third-party services
• Technical support and maintenance
• Team training

3. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the Customer receives full rights to the developed software, including source code, documentation, and all related materials.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made according to the contract. The standard scheme is 50% prepayment and 50% upon completion. Alternative payment options may be negotiated.

5. Warranty

The Contractor provides a 12-month warranty on all work. During the warranty period, bug fixes are performed free of charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Contractor is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the software or modifications made by the Customer or third parties.
